Cranev LLC (“Cranev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides personalized facial optimization and aesthetic consulting services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Cranev’s services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or using any Cranev Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; any updated version will be posted on our website and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms . Cranev operates globally and imposes no country restrictions on Service availability, although you are responsible for complying with any local laws when using the Services.
Eligibility
To use Cranev’s Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By purchasing Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Cranev does not offer any services for minors and does not create user accounts; each purchase is treated independently.
Services
Cranev’s Services include personalized, non-medical aesthetic consulting aimed at improving facial appearance. Specifically, Cranev offers:
Consultations: One-on-one sessions (via video, phone, or messaging) with a professional aesthetic consultant to discuss goals and plans.
Facial Analysis: Computer-assisted analysis of facial features using submitted photos or scans.
Digital Morphs: Photo-realistic simulations (“morphs”) showing potential aesthetic changes or surgical outcomes.
Facilitated Surgeon Communication: Arrangements for you to communicate directly with licensed surgeons if you choose, for questions about procedures or referrals.
All Cranev Services are informational and aesthetic in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not medical professionals. Our consultants and materials are not a substitute for consulting a licensed physician or surgeon. For example, an aesthetic service provider explicitly notes that website content is “for general information only” and “should not be relied upon” without professional guidance . Similarly, Cranev’s guidance is intended purely as aesthetic information; you should always seek professional medical or surgical advice before making any health-related decisions . We cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our Services; all outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Payments and RefundsPayment: All Services are purchased as one-time payments. You will be charged the full fee at the time of purchase, and no subscription or recurring payments are required. We do not require you to create a user account, and we do not bill on a recurring basis. All purchases are generally final (as noted by other aesthetic providers: “All payments are final, and refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.” ), subject only to the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation/Refunds: You may cancel any Service for a full refund if you request the cancellation within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that no substantive deliverables (e.g. analysis reports or morphs) have been provided. After this 7-day window, Services are non-refundable. Certain add-on services (such as extra consultation time, additional morphs, etc.) may be refunded if they have not yet been rendered or delivered at the time of cancellation. Any refund will be processed within a reasonable time in the original payment currency.
Missed Appointments: Consultation appointments that are missed or not attended by you will not be refunded or rescheduled. Time reserved for your consultation is forfeited if you fail to attend without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card or other methods as displayed at checkout. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees or taxes.Price Changes: Cranev reserves the right to change Service prices at any time. Any such changes will not affect charges for Services already purchased.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Cranev (including but not limited to analyses, written plans, images, videos, software, logos, and website content) are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Cranev (or its licensors) owns all rights, titles, and interests in this content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use any content delivered to you by Cranev solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any Cranev content without our prior written permission . For example, our terms expressly reserve all ownership rights in the content we provide, prohibiting reproduction or exploitation without consent . Any ideas, photographs, or information you submit to Cranev in the course of using our Services remain your property, but by providing them you grant Cranev a license to use them as needed to deliver the Services.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to the following:Using the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose . You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.Infringing on any intellectual property or privacy rights of Cranev or third parties .Harassing, threatening, defaming, abusing, or discriminating against our staff, consultants, surgeons, or any other individuals (including on the basis of protected characteristics) .Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other destructive code to our systems .Engaging in spam, phishing, or other unsolicited advertising or data collection through the Services.Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or intentions.
Cranev reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at any time if we determine (at our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited conduct . Upon any such breach, your remedy is limited to a refund of any fees paid in accordance with our Refund policy, if applicable, and Cranev will have no further obligations.
Disclaimers
Nature of Services: Cranev’s services and content (including any recommendations or analysis) are provided “as is,” “as available” and for general informational and aesthetic guidance only . We expressly disclaim any medical, surgical, dermatological, or health-related advice. We are not licensed healthcare providers; our advice is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. As one aesthetic clinic’s terms warn, site content is “provided for general information only” and any reliance is at the user’s own risk . You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through Cranev.
Accuracy: While we strive to provide useful and up-to-date advice, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and analysis we provide. We do not warrant that any suggested plan or outcome will be achieved. Users acknowledge that results may vary and depend on individual factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Information: If Cranev provides or facilitates any information about third-party products or services (such as surgeons, clinics, or tools), this is for convenience only. Cranev does not endorse and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of any third party. Any communications or transactions with third-party providers are at your own risk.
No Warranties: Except as expressly stated by Cranev, we disclaim all warranties of any kind. The Services are provided without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or otherwise .
Limitation of Liability
General: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cranev (and our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, consultants, and licensors) will not be liable for any claim or damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, such as lost profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other damages, even if Cranev has been advised of the possibility of such damages. For example, one provider’s terms similarly limit liability for “any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind” arising from use of their service . In no event will Cranev’s total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the Services in question (or U.S. $100, whichever is less), and often will be $0.
Independent Contractors: Any surgeons or medical professionals you consult through Cranev are independent third parties. Cranev is not responsible for their professional judgment, any surgical outcomes, or any damages arising from procedures they perform. You acknowledge that Cranev merely facilitates introductions or communication, and you assume all risks associated with any medical or surgical services you obtain.
No Guarantees: Because individual results vary, Cranev makes no promises regarding outcomes. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction, your sole remedy is the refund policy stated above.
Applicable Law Exception: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. If any legal prohibition applies, Cranev’s liability will be limited to the minimum extent required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA (and U.S. federal law, where applicable), without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. (For example, another service’s terms specify that disputes are governed by the laws of Arizona .) By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
